Biking beyond Tulcea – self guided tour

You are self supported bike-travellers and have arrived in Tulcea. There’s good news: your bike trip can go on, and you can even explore a big part of the Danube Delta with your bike. And the highlight: this trip into the wilderness is as epic as you can see in the pictures! Here’s what we can offer:

1 – Basic:
Day 1 – Tulcea-Pardina, with camping/accommodation at local hosts
Day 2 – Pardina-Chilia Veche-Periprava, camping/accommodation at local hosts
Day 3 – Periprava-Sulina, camping in our courtyard
Day 4 – Sulina-Tulcea (by ferry) – arrives in Tulcea around 11-12am. Or just ride the ferry to Gorgova and from there bike to Tulcea!
If you are in a hurry, you can make it in one day to Periprava.
Price: 50 €/person. Includes: 1 night camping in our courtyard in Sulina, infos and tips about your trip.

2 – Complex:
Day 1 – Tulcea-Pardina, with camping/accommodation at local hosts
Day 2 – Pardina-Chilia Veche-Periprava, camping/accommodation at local hosts
Day 3 – Periprava-Sulina, camping in our courtyard
Day 4 – a 3-6 hour kayaking trip around Sulina
Day 5 – Sulina-Tulcea (by ferry), arrives in Tulcea around 11-12am. Or just ride the ferry to Gorgova and from there bike to Tulcea!

If you are in a hurry, you can make it in one day to Periprava.
Price: 120 €/pers. Includes: two nights camping in Sulina, the guided kayaking trip, infos and tips about your trip.

We can also offer you bikes and gear for rent.

The Danube Delta permit is mandatory, you can get it on-line from www.ddbra.ro, or in Tulcea at the ARBDD office.
